A native Milfordian, Carl Spangler learned at
an early age the competitive side of life, as he grew up surrounded
by five siblings. His achievements in academics and sports were
characteristics which thrust Carl into his career of carpentry and
the building of custom residential homes.
Today Carl continues to enthusiastically enjoy sports, whether it is
golf, fishing, or softball. He equally transfers this competitive
quality to his career by earning the reputation of a superior
craftsman, where the quality of the product exceeds quantity of
production.
Carl has not strayed from his small town roots. He has remained in
his hometown to build quality homes and earn the reputation as a

Home Design
Every home is custom designed by a professional draftsman. The
clients meet with the draftsman in order to incorporate their
desires for features and selections, along with the draftsman's
recommendations for implementation of the design. |

Carl now begins the process of transforming a paper blueprint into
the tangible desires of the homeowner. To achieve this result, Carl
is complimented by his crew and subcontractors. This team of local
specialty contractors have been associated with Carl Spangler
Construction for numerous years and together produce a "quality
